1. Shipping Information

At Seedsman Australia, we prioritize the safe and discreet delivery of your orders. All items are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Tracking

Once your order is with the courier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

  • Shipping Methods: We utilize Australia Post and selected private couriers for domestic deliveries.
  • Stealth Packaging: All seeds are shipped in protective, crush-proof, and discreet envelopes.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

2. Germination Disclaimer

PLEASE NOTE: Seedsman Australia sells seeds as collectible adult souvenirs and for genetic preservation purposes only. We do not provide germination or growing advice.

In accordance with Australian law, we do not encourage the germination of seeds where prohibited. Because seeds are a natural, living product, we cannot offer a germination guarantee. We source our stock from reputable breeders to ensure the highest quality genetics.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our conditions for returns carefully:

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at sales@seedsmanaustralia.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and items.
  • Unopened Returns: We accept returns for unopened, original breeder packs within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on any seed packs that have been opened, tampered with, or exposed to moisture.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have entered the “Shipped” status. Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to stop the delivery process.
