No Man’s Land: I have avoided the news for quite some time now, as it only depicts wars and miseries. One distressing evening, as I viewed the war scenes from Ukraine, I realized that nothing in humanity has changed. We’ve been embroiled in endless conflicts for ages, fighting over the same issues: land, ethnic strife, the usual culprits. A few years ago, I decided to challenge these brutal realities by crafting an alternate setting. I drew “No Man’s Land,” a product of my imagination, a place free from vanity, an alternative setting. It was a place I had dreamt about without realizing and felt compelled to express in art. Subsequently, I wrote a song with its first verse saying: “Some days I found myself in No Man’s Land, a quiet place where no one claims their dignity,” “Time passes us by, but love persists in the past,” “How can we love, can we learn empathy?”
